Our Services in Practice
√ Student Welfare & Pastoral Support
We provide appropriate pastoral and welfare
support throughout a student's time in the UK, including regular communication,
welfare check-ins and support when difficulties arise at school or in
accommodation.
Our 24-hour emergency contact arrangement provides students, parents and schools with access to support when urgent assistance is required, including illness, injury, travel disruption, accommodation emergencies or missing student concerns.
We maintain appropriate communication with
parents and schools regarding student welfare, school matters, accommodation,
travel and other relevant arrangements. Where the school is the student's visa
sponsor, the school retains its overall responsibilities as sponsor.
Where homestay accommodation is required,
we arrange stays with appropriately selected and checked host families, aiming
to provide students with a safe, supportive and welcoming home environment.
√ Travel & Holiday Arrangements
Where included within the agreed
guardianship service, we can assist with airport transfers, school and
accommodation transport, holiday arrangements and changes to travel plans.
√ Practical & Administrative Support
We provide practical assistance with
guardianship-related arrangements, including accommodation, travel, arrival
arrangements and communication with schools and other relevant parties,
according to the student's needs and agreed service.

Safeguarding and child protection are fundamental to our guardianship service. We maintain appropriate safeguarding arrangements for students in our care and expect everyone involved in our guardianship services to understand and uphold their safeguarding responsibilities.
